By allowing multiple ticket outputs, True North allows for agencies to provide simple, multi-offense tickets for Local Ordinances and local parking tickets branded with the agencies insignia. Allowing multiple citations on one ticket increases the payment probability in a more timely fashion.
Adding on the True North Public Payment Portal utilizes a QR code that directs violators to a payment portal that is linked to the agencies preferred payment processor. Once the ticket has been paid the Ticket is automatically updated in True North to reflect the payment, easing the burden on traffic enforcement or records personnel from needing to manually update tickets as they are paid.
Each agency also has the ability to add custom payment options such as a prompt payment discount putting True North agencies in total control of their ticketing solution.
For agencies who adjudicate locally the True North Court software is a great feature to speed up Day-of-Court processes.
